📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipment processing can take up to 5-7 business days depending on item availability and we also partnered with all the renowned shipping companies to make sure you receive your orders on time. While we can't guarantee fast delivery, however, you can expect 7-10 business days for your orders to arrive at your door after it ships.
Do you offer international shipping? NO. We currently offer shipping to United States only at the moment.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a separate e-mail once the item ships with your tracking number.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Yes you can but you must request a shipping address change within 1 hour and CONTACT US right away.

What is your return policy? You have 14 days from the date of purchase in order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit which will be provided for you depending on the option you chose. All items must be in original condition (in original packaging, tags intact, and not washed) in order to be eligible for an exchange or requesting store credit.

Are returns free? At this moment, we require you to provide your own shipping label.

How do I know which size to choose?
All our products have different sizes and they differ depending on the brands. We are working to have each merchandise have sizing on their respective page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment: Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit card payments.
Can I cancel or modify my order? If you need to cancel or modify your order, please CONTACT US within 1 hour of when you placed your order.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Because we don't have discount codes.

How should I wash my items? Please refer to your product care label for every items we sell, all have different methods of wash and care.
